Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you claim a facility, we may also collect your business name, facility address, phone numbers, and role at the business.

Verification Documents

For facility claims, you may submit verification documents such as business licenses, utility bills, tax documents, or other proof of authorization. We encourage you to redact sensitive personal information before uploading:

  • Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
  • Bank account numbers and routing numbers
  • Credit card numbers
  • Personal home addresses (if different from business)
  • Employee or customer personal information

Keep visible: Business name, facility address, document dates, issuing authority, and your name as business representative.

Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including search queries, facilities viewed, pages visited, and device information (IP address, browser type, operating system).

Location Information

With your permission, we may collect your location to help you find nearby facilities and services. You can disable location access in your browser or device settings.

Public Directory Listings

Facility information you submit or claim (business name, address, phone, hours, services) is displayed publicly in our directory to help users find your business.

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Services, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our users.

Business Transfers

Verification Documents

Documents submitted for facility claims are stored securely and accessed only by authorized verification staff. We retain verification documents for:

  • Approved claims: 90 days after approval, then securely deleted
  • Denied claims: 90 days after final decision
  • Disputes: Until resolution plus 90 days

  • Regular security audits and monitoring
