This state-of-the-art shop handles all major makes and models of heavy-duty vehicles, offering a comprehensive range of services including brake services, air/ABS/hydraulic/electrical inspections, and certified B620 tank inspections. As an SGI-approved facility, it handles insurance claims and performs PVIK/U/C inspections. The shop features a full steam and wash station, specializes in stainless steel and aluminum tank welding, and stocks tanker parts. Additional capabilities include commercial vehicle inspections (CVIP) for commercial buses, school buses, trailers, semi-trailers, trucks, and truck-tractors. The custom machine shop and welding department provides services such as custom suspension machining, custom welding, drive/trailer axle straightening, live roll manufacturing and installation, and repair of drive/trailer axle bearing surfaces. Equipped with OEM diagnostic software for CAT, Cummins, Volvo, and Mack engines, the team also handles frame and accident repairs.
