Hillsboro Diesel and Truck Service is a locally family owned and operated business that has been providing customers with maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment for heavy-duty trucks, agriculture and forestry machinery since 1975. The founders Ossie Sr., known as Butch and his wife Donna Challinor built the business from the ground up. The dynamic duo established the tradition of a courteous staff that was qualified, informed and eager to provide reliable service to their customers. The family legacy of providing quality service to customers continues. Throughout their 40 year history, they have grown to become a fixture in the Hillsboro Community as the leader in large equipment and heavy duty truck repair. They offer full-service maintenance and repair on Cummins, Detroit, CAT, Perkins, and John Deere engine lines. Their mechanics have factory training and certification for most of the engine lines. In addition, to Fuller and Allison transmissions. They have also been certified in the Bendix and Meritor brake system.
